Tropical Fruit Salad

 1 mango, peeled and diced

1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored and diced

1 cup halved red grapes

1 banana, peeled and sliced

2 Tbsp lime juice

1 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp thinly sliced mint leaves


Toss together all fruit, except banana, in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.  Just before serving, fold in banana, toss with lime juice and  honey and sprinkle with mint.
