Ambrosia Salad

 3/4 cold whole heavy cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup sour cream

4 cups mini marshmallows

1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

1 can ( 11 0z)  mandarin oranges, drained

1 can (8 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained

3/4 cup maraschino cheeries, remove stems, drained


In a bowl combine heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla, using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form and is thick. Add sour cream.

In a large bowl combine marshmallow, coconut, mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, and maraschino cherries.  Add creamed mixture to fruit bowl. Mix well.  Place in refrigerator for a couple hours before serving.
