2 (20 oz) cans crushed pineapple
2 (4 oz) boxes pistachio jello pudding and pie filling
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup pecans, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
Add all ingredient to a large bowl. Gently fold in the Cool Whip. Top with pecans and refrigerate.
