Layered Green Salad

 Romaine lettuce

frozen peas (1/2 bag)

1 green bell pepper, chopped

3 green onions, chopped

grated cheddar cheese

4 bacon strips, cut into small pieces


Dressing:

1 cup mayo

4 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp white vinegar


Put all ingredients into a large bowl.  In a smaller bowl combine the dressing.  Just before serving add the dressing to the salad on individual plates so it won't get the salad soggy.
