Meat Pies

 1 lb sausage

1 onion, chopped

1/2 -1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

refrigerator biscuit roll


In a skillet brown the sausage and onions,  Drain the grease.  Add the cheese and mix together.  Spread out each biscuit, pressing with your hands.  Put a dollop of meat mixture in the center and pull up the biscuit toward the middle to completely cover the meat.  Place each meat pie upside down on a baking sheet.  (the clean side up)

Bake in the oven according to the biscuit directions.  Serve.
