2-3 potatoes
3 Tbsp butter
salt
pepper
garlic salt
rosemary, (optionsl)
garlic, (optional)
In a skillet with butter cook potatoes with lid on for 10 minutes. Then take off lid and cook, until tender, for another 10 minutes until lightly browned.
* Can season with rosemary and garlic for a different flavor
