Fried Potatoes

 4-6 small potatoes, chopped small

1/2 onion, chopped

salt and pepper


Combine potatoes and onions with salt and pepper.   Heat up Cast Iron Skillet with oil to cover the bottom and some bacon grease. Fry until golden brown carefully flipping potatoes.  When finished remove to a paper towel lined plate to soak up any grease.  Serve
