Fresh Fried Mushrooms

 10-12 mushrooms, cleaned

buttermilk

flour to coat

garlic powder

salt and pepper

paprika

 turmeric


In a bowl add all ingredients and mix until well coated.  Using a cast iron skillet with 1 inch deep oil fry the mushrooms until golden brown.  


Dipping Sauce:

2 Tbsp mayo

1-2 tsp horseradish

1-2 tsp buttermilk

1 tsp ranch dressing dip

 

Mix together in a small bowl and use to dip the fried mushrooms.
