Skillet Grilled Catfish

 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornmeal

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried basil

1/2 tes garlic salt

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/4 to 1/2 tsp white pepper

1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 to 1/2 tsp pepper

4 catfish fillets (6 to 8 oz each)

1/4 cup butter (don't skimp on butter.  You will need it to keep the fish from burning)
