Red Beans and Rice

 1 lb red beans, cleaned and drained

1 onion, chopped

2 ribs celery, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 Kiebasa, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

salt and pepper

1 bay leaf

1 box chicken stock (4 cups) and 4 1/2 cups water

cooked rice


In a crockpot on low for 8 -10 hours.  Serve with rice.  To an individual bowl first add the rice and then beans on top.
