Picnic Pasta Salad

 1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

salt

basil, tarragon, dill (total 1/2 cup)

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup fennal, chopped

1/2 cup little pickles, chopped

1/4 cup capers, rough chop

2-3 small tomatoes, chopped or red bell pepper, chopped (for color)

bow tie pasta


Cook and cool pasta.  In a large bowl mix all ingredients.  Serve cold.
