Shoepeg Corn Salad

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

2 green peppers, diced

2 cucumbers, diced

3 (15 oz) cans Shoepeg corn


Dressing:

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayo

1 tsp celery seed

1 tsp salt and pepper

2 Tbsp white vinegar


In a large bowl combine the vegetables.  Pour in the dressing.  Mix well to combine.  Chill at least 2 hours. Serves 12
