Watermelon Salad

 8 cups watermelon, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 cups blueberries

1/2 cup feta cheese

fresh basil (2-3 leaves, rough chopped)

fresh mint (2-3 leaves, rough chopped)


Dressing:

2Tbsp raw honey

2 Tbsp olive oil

juice from 1 lime

1/2 tsp salt


Combine watermelon, blueberries and crumbled feta cheese in a large bowl.  Add dressing on top. Mix. Sprinkle herbs on top. Serve immediately.
