1/3 cup crumbled hard boiled egg
3 sliced baby betts
1/2 cup apple slices
1 Tbsp chopped waluts
1 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp sliced green onion
2 Tbsp bottled fat-free raspberry balsamic vinaigrette
freshly ground black pepper
2 squares honey graham cracker
Mix mesclun, egg, beet, apples, walnuts, cheese, and onion in a medium bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette and pepper. Serve with graham crackers.
