Home Fried Radishes with Bacon

 6 slices bacon

radishes (16 oz bag), slice into small cubes, diced

1/2 cup onion, chopped


Cook bacon.  Set aside.  In skillet with bacon grease add radishes.  Cook on medium- high heat for 10 minutes. Add onions, salt and pepper.  Turn heat down to medium and cook 10 more minutes.  Add back the bacon.  Stir together and set on a paper towel lined plate.  Serve as a side with eggs for breakfast.
