Roasted Radishes

 2 lb medium red radishes, halved (9 to 12)

3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

1 tsp sea salt 

1/4 tsp black pepper

lemon juice, optional

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder


1.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2.  Toss radishes with olive oil and spices.  Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

3.  Roast for about 30 to 35 minutes, until golden and crispy.

4.  Season with extra salt and pepper to taste.
