Rice Pudding

 3-4 eggs

3/4 cup sugar

2 cups milk

2 cups cooked leftover rice

1 tsp vanilla

2 handfuls raisins

6 Tbsp butter


In a large bowl mix together ingredients and top with the butter.  Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.  The pudding should have a little jiggle to it.
