Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup egg substitute (equal to 1 egg)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. choppped garlic
1 tsp. salt
1.2 tsp. ground pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Mix all ingredients.  Shape into a loaf and bake for 1 hour.
