Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
1 10 3/4 oz. cream of mushrooom soup
1 10 3/4 oz.  cream of celery soup
1/2 small onion, chopped
8 mushrooms, sliced
1 env. onion soup mix
2 cups (16oz. ) sour cream
1 pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked

Combine meat, soups, onion, mushrooms, and onion soup mix.  Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.  Just before serving, stir in sour cream.  Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
