Chili Con Carne

3 cans (15 oz. each) kidney beans, drained
2 large onions, chopped
2 green pepper, chopped
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef 
2 cans (16oz. each) tomatoes
2 can (8oz. each) tomato sauce.
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 bay leaves
2 Tbsp. chili powder

Spray a large kettle pan with non-stick cooking spray and brown the meat.  Add remaining ingredients.  Cover and simmer for 1 hour.  Before serving remove the bay leaves.
