Caramel Corn

2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
7 1/2 qt. popped popcorn

Put first 4 ingredients together in saucepan. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Add baking soda. Stir. Pour over popcorn. Bake on cookie sheets at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
