Georgia Cracker Salad

 1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed

3 green onions, chopped

1 large Heirloom tomatoes, chopped

1/2 - 1 cup mayo

1 finely chopped hard boiled egg


Mix together in a large bowl.  Crackers will get soggy and lose its crunch so serve quickly, right before serving.  To serve place on a plate on top of buttered lettuce.
