1 8oz block cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
kosher salt
cracked black pepper
12 jalapenos
12 slices bacon, halved
In a large bowl combine cheese and garlic. Add salt and
pepper to taste.
Halve the jalapenos lengthwise and spoon out seeds and
veins. Fill with cheese mixture and wrap each with a half slice of
bacon. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees until bacon is
crispy and peppers are tender, (about 25 minutes.)
