Honey Roasted Carrots
Carrots, trimmed, washed and cut on an angle
3 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
parsley, to taste
Mix together in a bowl. Place in a pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with parsley.
