1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried basil
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
pinch of red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp sugar
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup olive oil (50/50 olive oil and saflower oil)
Mix together. While stirring seasoning pour oil to emulsify. Store in a Mason Jar.
