1/3 cup balamic vinegar
1/2 shallot, minced
8-10 fresh basil leaves (or half dried basil)
2 tsp whole grain mustard
3 Tbsp honey (or sugar or maple syrup)
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup olive oil (50/50 blend olive oil and saflower oil
Mix together and store in a Mason Jar.
