2 cans tuna, drained
1 avocado, diced
1 cucumber, chopped into half moons
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved
Dressing:
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
In a large bowl add drained tuna, avocado, onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and cilantro. Mix together well. Pour dressing over salad and combine. Serve.
