Easy Potato Soup

1 bag frozen southern style hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 28 oz chicken broth
onion (or the powder)
salt and pepper
8 oz cream cheese
cheese, bacon, chives (for toppings)

Crock pot for a few hours.  30-45 minutes before serving add 8 oz cream cheese.  Top with cheese, bacon chives  (optional)  Serve with corn bread.
