Hashbrown and Egg Breakfast Casserole

12 eggs
1 cup milk
1 lb ground sausage (cooked)
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 onion, diced fine
1 tomato, diced
16 oz frozen shredded hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1.  In a bowl, beat eggs and milk.
2.  Stir in all other ingredients.
3.  Put in greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until well set.

*  You could use bacon or ham in place of sausage.  You can serve this topped with salsa and extra cheese.
