8 Kosher dill pickles, patted dry
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 oz thin-sliced beef luncheon meat
Spread cream cheese on the luncheon meat. Place pickle in the middle and roll around the luncheon meat.Refrigerate pickles overnight, and slice before serving. Or if easier spread cream cheese around the pickle and wrap around with the meat.
