Corn on the Cob

 6 ears of corn on the cob

4 quarts boiling water


In a large pot of rolling boiled water add the ears of corn.  Turn off the heat. Wait 10 minutes.  Serve.

*Can leave corn in water for 30 minutes to keep warm.  

* possible topping on corn: salt, chili powder and lime zest
