1 tsp. butter
1/4 cup chopped green or red pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed (or can use ham)
4 cups hot cooked rice
Heat butter in saucepan. Add pepper and onion; cook until tender. Add soup, milk and chicken. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
