2 slices of bacon
½ onion, sliced
butter
1 tsp brown sugar
grated white cheddar
cheese
2 slices of bread
mayo
thin apple slices
dijon mustard
- Fry bacon slices. Set aside
- Cook onions with butter and brown sugar to caramelize.
- On one slice of bread. Spread on mayonnaise. Top with carmelized onions, then apple slices, bacon. Then top with shredded cheese and another slice of bread spread with dijon mustard.
- Spread tops of bread with softened butter. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
