Scrub and clean
potatoes. Prick with a fork. Use a paper towel to dip in olive oil
and cover both sides of potatoes. Sprinkle top of potatoes with sea
salt. (you can wrap in foil) or place on a baking tray. Bake at
425 degrees for 55 minutes or 375 degrees for 1 hour depending on
size of potatoes.
Serve with butter,
sour cream, chives, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon etc...
