3 Tbsp olive oil
1 red onion, finely
chopped
3 cups mushrooms,
finely chopped
1 clove garlic,
minced
1 Tbsp thyme leaves
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 (14 oz) can black
beans, rinsed and drained
¼ cup whole wheat

In a pan saute onion
in olive oil. Add mushrooms, garlic, thyme and soy sauce. Stir and
cook. Add black beans and mix together. Take off heat. Mash
slightly with a potato masher. Mix in flour and yeast flakes. Make
