Caraway Coleslaw (healthy)


2 cups red cabbage, sliced
2 cups cabbage, sliced
2 carrots, grated
2 Tbsp chopped flat parsley
2 tsp caraway seeds

Mix together in a large bowl. Top with dressing

Dressing:
2 Tbsp mustard
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
squeeze of lemon
salt and pepper
