bag of small red
potatoes
2 large peeled
carrots, sliced
¼ to ½ cup melted
butter
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp thyme
Put potatoes and
carrots in a large bowl. Mix together seasonings and stir in the
potatoes and carrots. Place on baking dish with parchment paper.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are softened.
