1 cup salted butter,
softened
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
3 lg eggs
2 tsp vanilla
extract
2 ¾ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup quick instant
oats
2 cups semisweet
chocolate chips
¾ cup shopped
pecans
¾ cup unsweetened
coconut flakes
Preheat oven to 400
degrees. Combine together, Creaming the butter and sugar first.
Form into a ball using a 1/3 cup container. Makes 12 large and 24
small. Bake at 400 degrees large for 12-14 minutes and small for 8-10
minutes. (I prefer the large cookies)
