¾ cup butter (1 ½
sticks)
1 ½ cups
granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
¼ cup cocoa
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 cups miniature
marshmallows
1 cup chocolate
chips
½ cup chopped
pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 350
degrees. Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs. Combine and
thoroughly mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; beat into creamed
mixture. Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts. Spread
into 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until firmly set
in center. Cool before cutting into bars. Store brownie bars in a
tightly sealed container.
