1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 Tbsp basil, dried
1 14 oz diced
tomatoes, drained (basil or Italian flavored)
1 jar marinara sauce
4 cups chicken stock
1 ½ cup elbow
macaroni noodles
4 oz cream cheese
Cook onions and
ground beef together until browned. Add seasonings, diced tomatoes,
marinara sauce and chicken stock. Stir together and simmer for 10
minutes on medium heat. Add macaroni and cream cheese and simmer for
another 10 minutes.
