3 cups mashed
strawberries
1 ½ Tbsp lemon
juice
3 Tbsp pectin
½ cup maple syrup
- Mash strawberries
- Put mashed strawberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a pot.
- Mix pectin and ¾ cup water. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly
- Stir pectin into fruit mixture. Stir constantly for about 3 minutes.
- Pour into cans and leave space at the top for expansion.
- Let cool and then put in refrigerator or freezer.
