Crab Dip
1 lb. artificial crab meat
1/2 cup chopped celery (2 to 3 stalks)
1/2 cup chopped green onions (3 scallions)
salt and pepper
mayo (to the desired consistency)
crackers
Mix all together. Serve with Ritz Crackers or Tollhouse Crackers
